• http://xpages101.net/ - I convinced my company to subscribe to this.  A great resource for not just learning xpages, but advanced topics as well,
• http://www.codecademy.com/learn - I really love this sight.  I have only done the jQuery section, but I love the hands-on nature of it.  Very well done!
• http://www.tlcc.com/admin/tlccsite.nsf/pages/recorded-xpages-webinars?opendocument - TLCC produced webinars monthly that contain great content, this link contains all past videos.
• http://www.tlcc.com/ - TLCC creates hands-on Notes training.  I would like to do more of these, and hope to get my company to buy more courses.
• Pluralsight.com - I haven't tried this sight, but have a free month I plan to use.
• http://heidloff.net/home.nsf/dx/16.04.2013093214NHEAUQ.htm - IBM has shared some Connect 2013 videos.  The Managed Beans jumpstart session is my favorite.
